Astragalus (Astragalus monolicus)

Astragalus is a perennial plant that produces purple flowers. It is a known adaptogen – meaning it has the ability to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve the body’s ability to fight off disease. It contains saponins, which help lower cholesterol, boost the immune system, and prevent various cancers. Astragalus also contains flavonoids, which have antioxidant properties, and polysaccharides, which give it anti-inflammatory properties.

30 drops in water or juice, three times per day, six days per week
